Golfers Elbow

Golfers Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis) is a condition affecting the common flexor tendon as it inserts onto the medial epicondyle of the humerus. repetitive over strain causes the tendon to become tendinopathic which results in pain on simple activities such as gripping and lifting.

The exercises shown are encouraging tendon healing by increasing the progressive load through the damaged tendon to support collagen remodelling and adapt it to the demands of day to day activities. Please progress through these exercises at your own individual pace ensuring correct technique is adhered to throughout. Please seek advice from your healthcare practitioner if symptom fail to improve.
